IT Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Own and deliver technical IT projects across identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance.
• Partner with Security and Operations to keep endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools secure while maintaining productivity.
• Implement and manage identity and access management using SAML, SCIM, and OIDC with tools like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Manage mobile device fleets using Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet).
• Automate compliance checks, device configuration, and IT security tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Support office network equipment and office buildouts (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti) and maintain SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or a DevOps-adjacent role with an automation-first mindset and experience managing enterprise-scale IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies (SAML, SCIM, OIDC) and tools such as Okta and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet) across a device fleet.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) with a track record of automating compliance checks and device configuration.
• Experience managing office network equipment (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti), including office buildouts.
• Ability to maintain compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 (or similar) standards in a friendly, end-user-focused way.
