Engineering Manager (KYC/Compliance)

Location: Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus)

Salary: 90 700 EUR gross per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow engineering teams, supporting onboarding and career development.
• Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation for high-quality software delivery.
• Align engineering efforts with business goals through close stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technology choices.
• Oversee the use of core technologies including Golang, Python, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Build the internal developer community and represent the company at external conferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering management with a strong software development background.
• Deep understanding of high-volume projects and server/client architecture.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery.
• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
