What you will do

• Design and build scalable enablement programs, frameworks, and toolkits for revenue teams.
• Drive adoption of enablement strategy across content, playbooks, tools, and upskilling materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop content ecosystems and standardized frameworks.
• Oversee the structure, alignment, and usability of the Knowledge Library across functional areas.
• Assess content usage, identify gaps, and promote best practices across the CRO organization.
• Ensure alignment of enablement materials with business priorities and messaging standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Malta.
• 5–7 years of experience in revenue enablement, content strategy, revenue operations, or commercial roles.
• Strong proficiency in enablement and content tools such as SharePoint and Gong.
• Experience in building enablement frameworks, playbooks, and structured content systems.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing enablement experts and coordinators.
