• Review and validate capital equipment purchase orders for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and complete purchase order acknowledgments and required legal agreements.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready transaction records and documentation.
• Monitor order status to ensure timely progression through internal workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements within order management systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Associate’s or technical degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of related experience in order management or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Allentown, PA.
• Proficiency in professional communication and stakeholder coordination.
