Salary: USD 105,500 - 243,000

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for production and pre-production network environments.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues across large-scale IP/MPLS infrastructures.
• Manage Juniper JTAC cases and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Guide network design evolution, capacity growth, and technology adoption aligned with the customer roadmap.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts for configuration validation and health checks.
• Train engineering and operations teams on the management and operation of Juniper Networks platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale service provider or MSO networks.
• Expertise in JUNOS CLI and platforms including MX, QFX, EX, ACX, and PTX.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS (TE, RSVP, LDP), BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and VPN technologies (L3VPN, VPLS, MVPN).
• Hands-on experience with Python and Juniper PyEZ for automation solutions.
• Strong communication skills for high-pressure outage and escalation scenarios.
• Expert-level Technical Certifications: JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, or CCIE.
