What you will do

• Provide technical and operational support to the project team for the GEF Project Preparation Grant (PPG).
• Compile, organize, and document information related to gender equality, social inclusion, and community livelihoods.
• Analyze and document data for target inland water fisheries management areas (FMAs).
• Collaborate with national authorities, including the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries.
• Coordinate with the PDE, PPG Coordinator, and the hirify.global Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Agriculture, Environmental Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in preparing gender action plans and integrating gender considerations into project design.
• Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, local communities, and Indigenous Peoples.
• Strong results focus and adherence to professional conduct standards.
• Subject to certification of residency or visa requirements.
