What you will do

• Configure, test, and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Help, and Journeys—from gathering requirements with People stakeholders to deployment and adoption.
• Own the Workday release management cycle: assess releases, test impacts, and turn relevant features into concrete business improvements.
• Troubleshoot workflow and system issues, run root cause analysis, and implement structural fixes to eliminate recurring incidents.
• Take ownership of HR tools outside the HRIS scope (ATS, expense management, and others): map current setups, understand usage, and bring them under a single governance.
• Partner with in-house Tech teams on integration design between Workday and the ecosystem (payroll, ATS, IT provisioning, Finance) and deliver projects with external partners.
• Explore and prototype automation and AI for People processes (Workday Extend, AI agents), and enable the community with documentation and training.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (build role, not functional HR).
• Proficiency with Workday HCM, reporting (calculated fields, advanced and matrix reports), and security configuration.
• End-to-end administration experience with at least one other HR tool (ATS, expense management, LMS, engagement platform, etc.), including configuration, users, and vendor relationship.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and push back when requests are not the right solution.
• Strong data accuracy discipline with configuration documentation experience in a multi-country setup.
• Fluent English (working language).

• Experience running a tool migration or vendor consolidation.
• Experience in a fast-growing international environment.
• French.
