What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Business Partnering team.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Own financial performance for Retail, Online, and Games business areas.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning processes.
• Enhance financial models and commercial analyses to optimize revenue and investments.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance experience, including the gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in a commercial finance environment.
• Extensive experience managing complex P&Ls and understanding commercial drivers.
• Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
