What you will do

• Manage daily custody operations, transaction support, token movements, wallet whitelisting, and client verification.
• Apply cryptographic key generation, storage, and rotation practices to protect digital assets.
• Reconcile custody accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support institutional clients, respond to custody enquiries, and collaborate with trade operations and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve custody applications, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Develop KPIs, management reports, and operating procedures while supporting regulatory enquiries and audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience at a trading firm, hedge fund, investment bank, or similar financial institution.
• Experience supporting institutional or complex high-value clients in a regulated financial environment.
• Solid understanding of financial products and basic custody processes.
• Strong self-management, organization, written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in becoming an expert in digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

• Experience with crypto assets.
• SOC 2 documentation experience.
