What you will do

• Own the implementation and execution strategy for branded or data integration programs, turning vision into coherent plans.
• Drive technical migrations, product alignment, operational readiness, and go-live coordination.
• Act as the point of alignment across engineering, product, and business teams in Barcelona and Seattle.
• Lead technical integration efforts involving API dependencies, data integrity, identity, and authentication.
• Build and maintain critical program artifacts including dependency maps and risk registers.
• Define and report KPIs to surface risks early and ensure program health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving complex, cross-functional technical programs, ideally in marketplace, consumer tech, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning high-complexity system integrations and technical migrations end-to-end.
• Deep technical acumen to assess architectural risks and sequence work as a peer to engineering.
• Experience delivering market-specific features and balancing shared platform versus brand-specific needs.
• Ability to use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and create workflows that increase team velocity.
• Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Spain.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with post-acquisition or post-merger integrations.
• Familiarity with marketplace or multi-brand platform architectures.
• Experience working in globally distributed organizations across European and US teams.
