What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team of IAM Systems Engineers and an Operations Manager.
• Own the delivery and continuous improvement of secure, reliable, and scalable IAM services.
• Lead strategic programs to bring the long-term IAM vision to life across IT, Security, and Infrastructure.
• Review technical designs, change proposals, and pull requests, supporting escalations for complex IAM incidents.
• Use operational data and service metrics to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to evolve operational practices and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience leading and growing high-performing technical teams in local and distributed environments.
• Deep expertise in identity and access management with hands-on knowledge of SCIM, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience configuring enterprise identity capabilities such as SSO, lifecycle management, and MFA.
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers and emerging leaders.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in attracting, interviewing, and developing exceptional technical talent.

Nice to have

• Experience administering Okta in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience implementing or operating identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms.
• Familiarity with Terraform, GitOps, or the Okta Terraform Provider.
• Experience automating business processes with tools like Workato.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
