Senior Legal Analyst (Web3)

Location: Remote within EMEA or onsite in Sliema, Malta

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Data Processing Agreements.
• Work with business stakeholders and vendors to execute contracts critical to company growth.
• Apply and design SOPs to support commercial objectives while managing legal and regulatory risks.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with business units to develop legal processes, internal guidelines, and playbooks for scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Substantial prior law firm or in-house paralegal/legal analyst experience.
• Ability to independently develop and implement legal processes and policies in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions with cross-border commercial agreements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English required.
• Must be based in the EMEA region or in Malta.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Ironclad) and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
• Interest in the cryptocurrency and fintech industries.
