What you will do

• Manage day-to-day product development timelines for new products, color/size extensions, and vendor transitions.
• Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, QA, and Creative teams to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical specifications, build documentation, and testing requirements prior to vendor handoff.
• Track and manage sample requests, shipments, and revisions to maintain momentum toward launch targets.
• Lead in-person development trips to factories to accelerate decision-making and strengthen vendor execution.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Creative teams to ensure material staging and marketing readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development or factory-facing roles.
• Deep functional expertise in furniture product and material standards.
• Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on execution and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills across language, cultural, and functional boundaries.
• Must be located in Vietnam.
