What you will do

• Design and enforce internal processes to increase productivity and reduce analyst burnout.
• Manage local and global shift coverage to ensure 24/7/365 security operations.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct weekly 1:1s to support analyst career growth.
• Contribute to training programs for Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, and Detection Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product organizations to prioritize capabilities that augment analyst efficiency.
• Develop and report on OKRs linked to SOC focus initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia.
• 5+ years of Security Analyst experience in a global 24x7 SOC with a focus on Windows forensics.
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in a global SOC or Incident Response role (preferably within an MSSP or MDR provider).
• Ability to identify workflows and create detailed process diagrams and operating procedures.
• Effective communication of technical concepts to stakeholders of varying backgrounds.
• Data-driven approach with experience in Data Science concepts.
