What you will do
- Create feature-film-quality character elements, environments, and motion assets for production.
- Use generative AI image and video tools to explore and iterate visual ideas against creative briefs.
- Build and refine assets through node-based workflows, conditioning, control techniques, and multimodal editing.
- Create image-to-video and video-to-video outputs while maintaining visual quality and consistency across sequences.
- Correct artifacts and visual inconsistencies and perform light compositing, paint, and finishing work.
- Collaborate with artists, technical artists, and production teams while testing emerging tools and techniques.
Requirements
- Strong artistic foundation and excellent visual judgment, particularly for photorealistic imagery.
- Professional experience creating high-quality visual content in film, VFX, animation, games, or a related production environment.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools, including image-to-video and video-to-video workflows.
- Experience with node-based generative AI workflows such as ComfyUI and with conditioning and control techniques.
- Understanding of composition, lighting, color, perspective, camera and lens characteristics, continuity, and visual consistency.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality generative imagery and motion content, plus the ability to collaborate in a fast-moving production environment.
Nice to have
- Background in compositing, digital matte painting, LookDev, animation, or another production art discipline.
- Experience delivering assets for feature film, VFX, AAA games, or another high-end production environment.
- Experience adapting creative workflows as generative AI capabilities evolve.
