What you will do

• Identify and engage potential partners within the developer community to build a strong partnership pipeline.
• Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Manage programs from initial concept through completion, tracking milestones and measuring outcomes.
• Support translation and localization efforts to ensure resources are accessible and culturally relevant.
• Apply and maintain a deep understanding of Roblox moderation rules and guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Tagalog.
• Physically located in the Philippines.
• Great understanding of Roblox and its community with a good moderation history.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both online and offline.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for supporting a global developer ecosystem.
• Early career or fresh graduates are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming communities, game jams, or virtual/hybrid event planning.
