Location: On-site in San Jose, Costa Rica. Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica is required.

What you will do

• Characterize and qualify analog and mixed-signal IP on real silicon across high-volume manufacturing platforms.
• Execute test plans on production testers and lab benches, running sweeps across different conditions.
• Analyze measurement data with statistical tools and debug silicon behavior against expectations.
• Develop automation tools to streamline data collection and reporting.
• Own scoped validation work end-to-end and contribute to milestone documentation.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Experience with scripting languages, with a strong emphasis on Python.
• Experience in simulation and/or validation using hardware description languages (HDL).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Coursework or project experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, PLLs, voltage regulators, or thermal sensors.
• Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or source meters.
• Exposure to statistical data analysis tools and waveform debug environments.
• Experience automating log parsing or report generation.
