Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (must be in office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of complex, AI-enabled features and services.
• Build and maintain high-performance APIs using NestJS/NodeJS or FastAPI/Python.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into production systems, selecting appropriate patterns and architectures.
• Guide the evolution of proofs of concept into production-ready, scalable solutions within enterprise constraints.
• Write production code, conduct code reviews, and contribute to testing and observability.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and platform teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) in applied or production contexts.
• Strong proficiency in React with TypeScript.
• Deep experience with NodeJS/NestJS and/or Python (FastAPI or Django).
• Proven experience deploying and operating systems in cloud environments.
• Must be based in Dublin or able to work from the local office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with AI agents, orchestration patterns, prompt engineering, and LLM guardrails.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Understanding of security-driven design for enterprise systems.
