What you will do

• Provide expert technical support to maintain and enhance the client application.
• Support development, accessibility, integration, and optimization tasks.
• Ensure overall system availability and correct operations.
• Work within an Agile, sprint-based development cycle.
• Utilize AWS cloud environment, Python backend, and TypeScript frontend.

Requirements

• 4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Experience implementing QA standards in large and complex environments.
• Ability to define measurable quality metrics, scoring criteria, and performance thresholds.
• Experience conducting technical evaluations of systems and deliverables.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and be eligible for Public Trust clearance.
