What you will do
- Provide expert technical support to maintain and enhance the client application.
- Support development, accessibility, integration, and optimization tasks.
- Ensure overall system availability and correct operations.
- Work within an Agile, sprint-based development cycle.
- Utilize AWS cloud environment, Python backend, and TypeScript frontend.
Requirements
- 4 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 3 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Experience implementing QA standards in large and complex environments.
- Ability to define measurable quality metrics, scoring criteria, and performance thresholds.
- Experience conducting technical evaluations of systems and deliverables.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and be eligible for Public Trust clearance.
