What you will do

• Manage and maintain a large WordPress site with 400+ pages.
• Develop and optimize custom Elementor widgets and layouts.
• Utilize AI agents like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development and fixes.
• Perform site optimization to improve Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed, and GTmetrix scores.
• Handle basic DevOps tasks including Git version control and staging-to-production deployments.
• Ensure high-quality results through rigorous QA after implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with performance optimization tools like PageSpeed and GTmetrix.
• Familiarity with Git and basic server management (SSH, staging environments).
• Ability to work independently and build efficient development pipelines.
• English proficiency required for communication.
