What you will do

• Support the development of a knowledge and tools repository focused on freight corridor electrification deployments.
• Develop a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model to assess the impact of policy measures on vehicle economics for medium- and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Translate analytical results into clear visualizations, summaries, and user-friendly outputs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Drive to Zero team to prepare tools and resources for global adaptation.
• Perform research and analytical activities related to zero-emission vehicles, infrastructure, and enabling policy.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a Master's degree in engineering, energy, transportation, environmental science, economics, data science, or public policy.
• Experience developing quantitative models, specifically TCO, techno-economic, financial, or policy-impact models.
• Familiarity with web-based tools, databases, dashboards, or digital knowledge platforms.
• Knowledge of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles and charging infrastructure.
• Familiarity with clean transportation policies, incentives, and regulation.
• Availability for 15-20 hours per week.
• Must be based on the East Coast, US.
