What you will do

• Shape and nurture local workplace culture aligned with global hirify.global values.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances.
• Ensure full compliance with South African labor legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA).
• Serve as the primary representative at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA).
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and statutory reporting.
• Design and deliver training for global managers on SA employment law and cultural considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven track record of successful representation at the CCMA.
• Practical knowledge of South African employment legislation and case law.
• Experience supporting managers in a global organization (specific US experience is required).
• Ability to work non-traditional hours to align with global operations.
