What you will do

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives within the Customer Organization from planning through execution.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, develop execution plans, and drive alignment.
• Establish and maintain project plans, governance routines, and stakeholder communication channels.
• Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, and project updates to leadership teams.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable playbooks, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or consulting.
• Must be based in the US (required for gaming license eligibility).
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience with agile work methodologies and continuous improvement processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Airtable.
