Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually USD

What you will do

• Lead the art team in a land-based slot studio to ensure delivery of high-quality visual content aligned with art direction.
• Create high-quality visual assets including illustrations, graphic layouts, logos, typography, animation, and 3D art.
• Develop production-ready assets that align with creative direction, product specifications, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement feedback and solve creative or technical challenges.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and organized production files.
• Mentor less experienced artists and contribute to improvements in the art production pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Animation, Motion Graphics, or related field (preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in 2D illustration, graphic design, animation, or generalist art production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, attention to detail, and a range of styles in 2D and/or 3D.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
• Strong traditional art skills in drawing, painting, composition, and typography.
• Full eligibility to work full-time under a local employment contract in Chicago, IL.
