What you will do

• Create high-quality illustrations, promotional images, and visual assets for game discovery and marketing channels.
• Design platform-level elements including streak illustrations, avatars, and leaderboard visuals.
• Own the visual design for hirify.global Games web presence and marketing materials.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping and visual exploration.
• Apply motion design skills to create engaging platform and marketing visuals.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Management to ensure visual consistency across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of professional experience as an illustrator or visual designer in the games industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration, visual design, and marketing asset creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and motion design tools.
• Experience incorporating generative AI tools into creative workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling visuals for games or entertainment products.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a games studio or games marketing department.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Familiarity with After Effects for motion design.
