What you will do

• Develop and maintain C++ components for desktop applications with a focus on scalability.
• Design efficient multithreading and concurrency solutions for responsive application behavior.
• Analyze legacy codebases to identify bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations.
• Collaborate with Architecture, QA, and Product teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Modernize legacy components by migrating from MFC, ATL, Win32, and Delphi to modern C++ and .NET.
• Utilize and build AI-assisted development workflows and agents to improve team productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior C++ Engineer with desktop applications.
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ (C++14/17/20).
• Hands-on experience with CMake, Conan, MSVC, Qt, and CEF.
• Experience with multithreading, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Upper-intermediate English level required.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and workflows.
