What you will do

• Define and maintain EDA flows for digital, mixed-signal, and verification activities.
• Evaluate and benchmark new EDA tools and methodologies for production deployment.
• Manage EDA infrastructure, including Linux-based compute farms, storage systems, and license servers.
• Develop automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for design and verification workflows.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities, such as LLM-assisted scripting and log analysis, into engineering processes.
• Collaborate with design teams and EDA vendors to optimize tool usage and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in CAD, EDA, or semiconductor infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in EDA tool deployment and flow ownership within semiconductor design environments.
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, Perl, Shell, and TCL scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and ability to bridge design teams with infrastructure domains.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO26262 or DO-254 standards.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
