What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for exclusive experiences and hirify.global Original events.
• Create and manage successful performance marketing campaigns on social media channels like Facebook and Instagram.
• Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with the growth marketing team to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage regional P&L and oversee a significant marketing budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content.
• Build and lead a team to scale experience promotion.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, specifically with Facebook ads and paid social platforms.
• Native level of Dutch required.
• Good level of English required.
• Marketing background.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Madrid.
