What you will do
- Lead customer service delivery and manage a team of consultants and project managers in the EMEA region.
- Implement optimal service models tailored to specific customer business goals.
- Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, mentor, and oversee the performance of technical consultants and project managers.
- Monitor and manage key KPIs, including revenue, costs, and resource utilization rates.
- Partner with global sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- 14+ years of industry experience, including 4-8 years in people leadership roles.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cork, Ireland (Hybrid).
- Proven expertise in managing automation deliverables and operational improvement.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies, virtualization technology, and storage hardware.
- Ability to engage effectively with Senior Management and Customer Executive levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German.
- Knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Familiarity with AI and Generative AI solutions for service delivery efficiency.
