What you will do

• Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
• Produce data-driven insights and recommendations for Product, Technology, and Customer teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.
• Utilize analytical tools such as Mixpanel and hirify.global to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in product analysis (including internships or academic projects).
• Familiarity with Mixpanel or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to Python.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis concepts.
• Interest in product management principles and practices.
