What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative queries.
- Manage high-volume transactions throughout the employee lifecycle using HR systems.
- Deliver services within defined SLAs and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Educate the business on accessing HR knowledge and content.
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve complex issues and handle confidential information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in HR or Shared Service Operations within an international environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese required.
- Familiarity with HR tools such as Workday or ServiceNow.
