Compensation: PLN 71,700 – PLN 102,200 yearly.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients in the DACH region.
• Collect and translate client requirements into actionable internal work orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Partner with internal operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Participate in operational, quality review, and escalation meetings.

Requirements

• German language proficiency is a must.
• 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
