What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript and React.
• Build and extend business logic for project planning, resource management, and workflow automation.
• Design and implement scalable data models, authorization mechanisms, and data aggregation logic.
• Develop rich operational interfaces including dashboards, forms, and complex user workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Must be fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management, and application architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases and data modeling.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Experience designing permission models or role-based access control.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working on SaaS or B2B products.
