What you will do

• Travel to customer locations to facilitate hardware implementation and provide technical support.
• Organize and conduct on-site training sessions for business owners and staff on POS systems.
• Install and troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points.
• Guide customers through setup and integrations both on-site and remotely via Zoom.
• Document installation details, network schematics, and service progress.
• Collaborate with the Launch and Professional Services team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Must be based in Paris or able to work on-site in the region.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in the hospitality industry with a strong customer-service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects independently.

• Technical or hardware installation experience.
