What you will do

• Develop creative concepts that translate marketing objectives into engaging visual communication.
• Take full ownership of creative projects from initial brief and ideation through production and final delivery.
• Create cohesive digital content for social media, video, motion, web, email, and employer branding.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, production, and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, PR, and HR internal stakeholders.
• Maintain brand consistency while contributing new ideas and creative direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, motion design, and video editing within a marketing or brand environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Strong experience using AI-powered tools for image generation, video production, and creative development.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and digital design principles.
• Ability to develop original creative concepts independently.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
