What you will do

• Take full ownership of high-level monitoring for company operations to ensure efficient business processes.
• Lead the management of escalations and incidents, driving swift resolutions to minimize business impact.
• Conduct in-depth technical investigations and collaborate on designing solutions for complex system challenges.
• Leverage data analysis to validate hypotheses and identify optimization opportunities for incident prevention.
• Lead strategic and operational projects that shape the direction and efficiency of the business.
• Develop and refine internal tools and processes to streamline workflows and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level Technical Support, IT Analysis, or Monitoring roles.
• Proven ability to detect the root cause of incidents and provide high-level solution designs.
• Proficiency in investigating complex SQL queries and working with relational databases.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term risk prevention and mitigation strategies.
• Fluent English (C1) with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with heavy context switching.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or other industry-standard monitoring tools.
