What you will do

• Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DLP and CASB technologies, providing guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for customer environments, including upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Design, configure, and optimize security policies and detection logic to improve security posture.
• Collaborate with Program Analysts and other engineers to tune security solutions.
• Document activities in CRM and review change requests for successful implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with DLP (e.g., hirify.global, Symantec, Forcepoint) and/or CASB (e.g., Netskope, Skyhigh) solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, Windows Server, and Unix/Linux administration.
• Proven experience in Information Security or Network Security disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience supporting web proxy or secure email gateway technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases, or Regular Expressions (Regex).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, Perl, or Java.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or Network+.
