Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid role)
Salary: 202,500 - 297,000 RON

What you will do
- Design and develop automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and frameworks to enhance test coverage and defect detection.
- Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures in collaboration with developers.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation technologies, including AI/ML-based solutions.
- Maintain test data, environments, and documentation to support automated testing.
- Monitor and report on test execution, coverage, and quality metrics using AI-driven analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar specialization
- 5+ years of programming experience in Python
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and AI-driven test strategies
- Understanding of Embedded Systems and Automotive Products
- Knowledge of telematics domains (OTA, GNSS, 4G/5G, V2X) and communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet)
- Fluent in commercial and technical English
Nice to have
- ISTQB Certification and ASPICE knowledge
- Experience with Python frameworks like Robot or Pychamp
- Familiarity with Jira and IBM tools
- Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments
