What you will do

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support within a manufacturing environment.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies and yields.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet target specifications.
• Collaborate with product design teams to ensure process and design compatibility.
• Lead the development and optimization of new manufacturing concepts and procedures.
• Ensure all processes and procedures remain in full compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree required with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and quality systems.
• Ability to utilize data to drive operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical fields.
• Experience with Validation, Vision Systems, and Automation (PLC/HMI).
• Knowledge of Molding, Tooling, and Packaging processes.
