What you will do

• Build and operate components of the next-generation data ingestion and activation platform, including source connectors and transformation workflows.
• Develop and maintain Snowflake-based data pipelines and data-sharing workflows to improve freshness and scalability.
• Improve pipeline reliability, observability, and recovery through metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
• Partner with data science and ML engineers to harden the infrastructure for feature generation and model inputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SRE, Product, Platform) to define interfaces and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, software engineering, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Scala or Java.
• Experience with modern data tooling such as Snowflake, S3, Databricks, Postgres, or Redis.
• Understanding of data modeling, schema evolution, and batch/streaming data systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark, feature stores, or ML platform data workflows.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Pulsar, or Airflow.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade data products with strict reliability expectations.
