Staff/Senior Java Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Own core wallet backend modules including address management, asset synchronization, and transaction-state tracking.
• Develop complex on-chain interaction scenarios such as transfers, token approvals, cross-chain swaps, and DApp connections.
• Integrate new public chains, Layer 2 networks, and asset standards (EVM, Tron, Solana).
• Ensure system stability through monitoring, alerting, rate limiting, and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive project delivery and resolve dependencies.
• Leverage AI coding tools to enhance code comprehension, refactoring, and documentation efficiency.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of Java backend experience with deep knowledge of JVM, concurrency, and Spring Boot/Cloud.
• Strong system design skills for high-concurrency systems, including idempotency, distributed locks, and caching.
• Experience with blockchain fundamentals: public/private keys, signing, gas, and nonce management.
• Familiarity with transaction mechanics of at least one major chain (EVM, Tron, or Solana).
• High security awareness regarding private-key protection and user-asset security.
• Proven ability to diagnose production issues using log analysis, distributed tracing, and memory analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with MPC, multisig, hardware wallets, or TEE-based security.
• Knowledge of DeFi aggregation, staking, or cross-chain bridges.
• Experience with WalletConnect, DApp Browsers, or on-chain data indexing.
• JVM performance tuning and stability governance expertise.
• Practical experience building real projects using AI agents or MCP servers.
