What you will do

• Coordinate brand onboarding and compliance requests with acquiring and commercial banks.
• Manage virtual card balances and process vendor payment confirmations.
• Serve as the primary communication link between internal teams and financial institutions.
• Support external webshop departments with lead management and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor KYB documentation, agreements, and signature requests to ensure operational compliance.
• Oversee pre-technical setups for new brands including domain and hosting configurations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in payment operations, acquiring, or merchant account management.
• Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem including PSPs, acquirers, and commercial banks.
• Proven experience with KYB and compliance onboarding processes.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel requests independently.
• High level of ownership and attention to detail.
• English: Strong written and oral communication skills required.
