Salary: £37,300 – £65,300 per year

The Pokémon Company International manages the Pokémon brand outside of Asia, overseeing licensing, marketing, trading card games, and digital entertainment.

What you will do

• Edit in-game text, packaging, press releases, and marketing materials for French-speaking audiences.
• Oversee the QA process for video games to ensure linguistic and technical quality.
• Ensure consistent terminology and style across all localised assets.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain high global standards.
• Support translators and project coordinators throughout the localisation lifecycle.
• Report progress regularly to management.

Requirements

• Near-native French proficiency and fluent English (C1+) are required.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in localisation or editing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience with specialized technical editing software and MS Office.
