What you will do

• Prepare and review domestic and foreign tax declarations for corporations and partnerships, including tax assessments.
• Manage domestic and international VAT returns and declarations.
• Provide strategic tax advice for project structuring, contracts, and M&A due diligence.
• Draft recommendations for tax-related issues and perform tax reviews of customer and supplier contracts.
• Act as the primary interface for subsidiaries, tax authorities, and external advisors.
• Coordinate shareholder and stakeholder reporting and support redress procedures.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field or qualification as a chartered German tax advisor.
• Extensive professional experience in direct German taxes, international tax matters, and M&A.
• Proven track record in multinational or professional services environments.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) for stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines.
