BeezB is a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in Tel Aviv. Our passionate and innovative team creates high-impact marketing solutions for global clients.

We are looking for a performance-focused copywriter who can write paid social ads and manage the UGC process from brief to final asset.

Responsibilities:
Copywriting and creative
Write hooks, angles, ad copy, and short-form video scripts for paid social.
Turn customer research, reviews, comments, and ad data into testable creative ideas.
Write copy that sounds natural, specific, and appropriate for the creator or platform.
Review ad performance and identify what should be repeated, changed, or dropped.
UGC management
Find and organize UGC creators for different products and creative concepts.
Write clear briefs covering the hook, talking points, footage, tone, and call to action.
Manage communication, deadlines, revisions, usage rights, and final deliverables.

What we are looking for
4+ years of experience writing performance or direct-response copy for paid social.
Experience writing short-form video or UGC scripts.
Strong understanding of hooks, angles, objections, and calls to action.
A portfolio showing relevant ad copy, scripts, or UGC work.
Experience with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, creator platforms
