What you will do

• Run the full onboarding process for APM providers and acquiring banks from first contact through contract, technical setup, and launch
• Maintain regular partner communication, keep onboarding moving, and resolve issues as they arise
• Negotiate business and contract terms with partners as part of onboarding
• Track and report onboarding status, timelines, and delays
• Develop and implement onboarding strategies to improve partner satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support; represent the company at industry events when needed

Requirements

• Experience in fintech, ideally in partner onboarding or partner/account management roles
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (acquiring, alternative payment methods, payment gateways, and onboarding processes)
• Proven experience managing onboarding cycles, including technical coordination and commercial negotiation
• Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations in payment partnerships (advantage)
• Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools to track onboarding progress and partner interactions
• Languages: English C1 and Russian C1
