What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and resolve customer field issues.
• Execute quality engineering responsibilities throughout the New Product Development Process (NPDP).
• Develop and report critical product metrics for warranty and reliability tracking.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 8D problem-solving techniques.
• Create analytic reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to support quality performance reviews.
• Visit customer sites to document improvement needs and verify corrective action effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in quality.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric development.
• Experience with 8D problem-solving, FMEA, and process capability analysis.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma (DMAIC) certification or experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and firmware design validation.
• Experience with supplier qualification and production release processes.
