What you will do

• Lead full reliability qualification and quality validation throughout the product development cycle.
• Research and define product qualification and reliability test processes for new features and technologies.
• Review design architectures, schematics, assemblies, and user cases to represent consumer interests.
• Perform hands-on product testing, failure analysis, and generate detailed test plans.
• Summarize product field performance to drive design improvements for future product iterations.
• Coordinate product improvements through communication with Electrical, Mechanical, Factory, and Quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or engineering.
• Experience working with ODM factories and knowledge of factory quality assurance.
• Knowledge of quality systems, reliability measures, and design margin.
• Intermediate verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• QA background specifically with mouse, keyboard, and tablet products.
• Familiarity with international certification standards.
• Project management skills.
• Data and statistical analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
