What you will do

• Manage daily operations of in-app VIP communities and Telegram channels in English and Chinese.
• Produce daily community content and optimize posting cadence to drive engagement.
• Propose and execute community growth plans and generate detailed execution reports.
• Coordinate VIP client swag operations and maintain associated data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely project delivery and efficient information synchronization.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Experience in community or content operations with the ability to independently plan activities.
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools to track KPIs and produce data reports.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and research.
• Available 5 full working days per week for a minimum 6-month contract.
• Current university student or recent graduate.
