What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain the corporate cybersecurity risk management framework and methodology.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Define and track key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to communicate risk exposure to senior leadership.
• Ensure strict compliance with security standards including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and ISF SoGP.
• Design security services portfolios and deliver tailored security awareness training and phishing simulation campaigns.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Operations and incident response teams on daily operational tasks and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT risk management or information security consulting.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and ISF SoGP frameworks.
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Additional foreign language skills.
